Driver Issues

If you are having driver problems (missing templates, stampcreator window not opening when printing, etc.) do the following.

Close any open programs
Go to printers and faxes, and delete any brother printers appearing there
Download the following file: BrotherDelete.bat
run the downloaded file, if a window pops up saying the printer could not be deleted, click ok to continue
Once finished all brother driver files should be gone, follow the instructions on the main page to reinstall the printer driver.
