Statement of Commitment

The purpose of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (The AODA) is to benefit all Ontarians by developing in consultation with persons with disabilities, with the Government of Ontario and with representatives of industries and of various sectors of the economy, policies for implementing accessibility standards in order to achieve accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities with respect to goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures and premises.
