How do I renew a stamp? Is my artwork saved on file?

Call 1-800-265-5957 x225 or email customerservice@sterling.ca, we should be able to find your account on file and recent order history if it is within 3 years. Alternatively, if you have placed your order online, you can log in to your account to view your most recently ordered artwork.

What if I place an order online and realized I made a mistake in my address?

Call 1-800-265-5957 x225 or email customerservice@sterling.ca if your order has not yet been shipped we are able to make this change.

How do I know which ink pad/ink to order for my stamp?

The type and size of stamp will determine what replacement ink pad or ink you require.  Check out our website page for Replacement Pads, Self-Inking Replacement Ink Pads and re-inking ink.

How can I place an order if I live outside of Canada?

Currently our site only allows for orders within Canada, we are however able to process any orders offline and set up the shipping to other countries such as the U.S.  Contact us by email customerservice@sterling.ca

Is it possible to upload my own design instead of using the designer?

There is an option within the designer to upload your created design if it is in pdf, jpg, png or tif file. You can also submit your artwork and product request to orders@sterling.ca .

I have a Switch Stamp voucher from another company with no way to order the insert?

Please email us at orders@sterling.ca with your information, we will process this offline.

When will my order come in?

In our order confirmation we provide the shipping information.  You can track the shipment through this email.

Do rubber stamps come with a stamp pad?

Ink pads are sold separately for rubber stamps.  Only our Mark Maker self inking include a ink pad within the stamp. 

Issues with promo code?

What products are made in London, ON?

All of our products are produced or processed in our production facility in London ON, including: stamps, magnesium dies, signage products and legal kits.

How do I re-ink my stamp?

Reinking options vary depending on the type of stamp you have.

What stamp should I use if I just want my signature on it?

The Prostamps offer the highest quality and are great for detail.  The B1850 is a very popular size, however choose based on your personal signature dimensions and space requirements.

Other stamps can also be used for a signature.  We are just providing a recommendation.

What is your turnaround time?

We endeavor to turn our stamps around in 3-7 days, however since most of our products are custom the turnaround times can vary.

How do I order if I previously used the Windsor or Kitchener locations?

Call 1-800-265-5957 x225 or email customerservice@sterling.ca and someone at our London facility will be able to assist you. Your account information and order history have been transferred over to the London facility.

Can I pick up my order at your location?

Absolutely! We offer pick up at our 1147 Gainsborough Rd London location from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday as well as at our Toronto branch at 155 West Beaver Creek, Unit 9 Richmond Hill ON 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

How do I order a stamp for my dental office?

Please be advised, we have moved to an online platform for placing dental orders. ODA members, please visit oda.sterling.ca  and create an account. ADA members, please visit ada.sterling.ca and create an account. Any additional questions can be directed to dental@sterling.ca 

How do I become a reseller?

Please email us at sales@sterling.ca and we’ll provide you with all the information you will need to get started.

Where do I send my order request if I want a custom quote?

Contact customerservice@sterling.ca or call 1-800-265-5957 x225 for a custom quote.

Is your office typically open on holidays?

We will typically post holiday hours on our social media or website page, we are however closed most statutory holidays.

Are you able to pull up my previous order history?

Yes. We save all order history within 3 years. If you can provide us with your company name, or even account number we can look up your orders.

How do I place an order online?

To place an order online you must first create an account, accessing this through the login link at the top right of the page. After filling out your information you will receive an activation link in your supplied email.

I didn’t get the email in my inbox?

Please email us at sales@sterling.ca, we can assist with your account set up.

What is your Return Policy?

Merchandise shipped in error or found to be defective may be returned for full credit. No merchandise will be accepted for return later than 15 days after shipment without prior authorization. Merchandise other than made-to-order products, returned for any reason other than error, may be accepted (upon approval for credit less a 20% restocking charge). Custom products are not able to be returned if for any reason other than an error. Products exceeding $100 will require approval prior to return.

What is the warranty on the products?

Our custom ProStamp, PS Upright Stamp, Xstamper stamp, and Mark Maker Embosser are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them, under normal usage, proper care, and proper re-inking. The stamps must be re-inked with our re-inking ink of the same colour and stamp type. Should something occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp or embosser with the same size, style, impression, and colour of the original defective model. The product must be returned where purchased.
