Our custom ProStamp, PS Upright Stamp and Xstamper stamps are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them, under normal usage, proper care and proper re-inking. They must be re-inked with our re-inking ink of the same colour and stamp type. Should something occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamps with the same size, style, impression and colour of the original defective model. Stamp must be returned where purchased.

Our custom Mark Maker Embosser is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own it, under normal usage and care. Should something occur, we will repair or replace the defective embosser with the same size, style and impression of the original defective model. Embosser must be returned where purchased.
