Our custom polymer and photopolymer plates deliver precision, durability, and flexibility for a wide range of printing, stamping, gluing, and coating applications. Manufactured in liquid and sheet formats, these plates are ideal for large-format printing, flexographic presses, plaque moulding, and machine-mounted operations.

- Available in liquid photopolymer (up to 30” × 48”) and sheet photopolymer (up to 42” × 60”).
- Multiple thickness options including .067”, .105”, .125”, .155”, and .250” to suit press requirements.
- Pink LTL soft polymer (32 durometer) and yellow D150 hard polymer (50 durometer) available.
- D150 hard polymer with textured back ideal for bronze plaque moulding.
- Optional adhesive backing (.002”–.020”) or magnetic backing for metal rollers and presses.
- Riglon polymer plates available for letterpress and precision stamping applications.
- Plates are cut 1” larger than artwork to allow a ½" mounting border; pricing is based on final size.
- Custom-made solutions for flexographic printing, box dies, rollers, and industrial marking.
