- Custom vulcanized rubber plates for printing, stamping, and gluing applications.
- Available in black synthetic rubber or grey natural rubber for different firmness needs.
- Grey natural rubber offers a softer feel; synthetic rubber provides added stiffness (55 durometer).
- Commonly used for large box printing, packaging graphics, glue application, and machine stamping.
- Optional adhesive backing available in .002”, .005”, .010”, .015”, and .020” for machine mounting.
- Rubber plates are cut 1” larger than artwork, leaving a ½" border for mounting and stability.
- Suitable for corrugate, plastic bags, packaging materials, and select stamping applications.
